The operational rules for visitors and PlayrSync account and workspace holders.
This document is designed to support applicable privacy obligations. Rights may vary by jurisdiction, and final legal counsel review is required before production reliance.
Using PlayrSync
These Terms apply to visitors, Athletes, Guardians, Clubs, Organizers, Professionals, Businesses and Platform Admins. By creating an account or using a workspace, you confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act for that workspace.
Eligibility, Guardian authority and age requirements remain subject to applicable law and final legal review.
Accounts and workspace authority
Keep credentials secure and use only workspaces you own or are authorized to manage. Roles and active workspace context do not override server-side permissions.
PlayrSync may restrict or suspend access where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations or material breach, subject to appropriate review.
Public content, Community and Media
You remain responsible for content you publish and for having the rights and permissions needed to upload or share it. Public content may be viewed, linked to and shared by others.
Community Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy apply to posts, comments, reactions, polls, Media, profiles and other participation.
Events, registrations and Results
Organizers are responsible for Event information, eligibility, waivers, delivery and Event-specific terms. PlayrSync provides registration infrastructure and does not operate every listed Event.
Timing, Results and Rankings may come from Organizers or timing imports and can be corrected or reconciled. QR Tickets, bibs and check-in records do not guarantee Event admission where eligibility or Organizer terms are not met.
Listings and payments
Service and Product Listings are non-transactional catalogue content. PlayrSync does not currently represent that a Listing can be booked, ordered, purchased or checked out through the catalogue.
Payment features remain Alpha and are not production-active until applicable external validation and activation are complete. Event-specific charges, taxes and refund terms must be reviewed before payment.
Prohibited conduct and third parties
Do not impersonate others, misuse personal data, bypass access controls, scrape without authorization, distribute malicious content, commit fraud or interfere with Results, Rankings, QR Tickets or security.
Third-party organizers, payment providers, email services, links and integrations have their own terms and responsibilities.
Intellectual property and service changes
PlayrSync software, branding and platform materials are protected to the extent permitted by law. User content remains subject to the rights needed to host, display and operate the chosen feature.
Alpha features may change, pause or be removed. Planned roadmap items are not delivery commitments.
Disclaimers and legal review
Sports participation carries risk. PlayrSync is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Platform information may contain Organizer- or user-supplied content.
Governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration, indemnity, liability caps and final disclaimer language require qualified legal counsel confirmation before production reliance.
