Refund and Cancellation Policy
How Event-specific cancellation and refund terms apply while payment and refund capabilities remain limited during Alpha.
This document is designed to support applicable privacy obligations. Rights may vary by jurisdiction, and final legal counsel review is required before production reliance.
Event-specific eligibility
Refund and cancellation eligibility is determined by the Event Organizer’s published Event-specific terms and applicable law. PlayrSync does not provide a universal refund window.
Current platform role
PlayrSync currently provides registration and reservation infrastructure. Canonical self-service cancellation and automated refund functionality are incomplete and must not be assumed.
Payments during Alpha
Production payment and refund functionality may be limited during Alpha and remains subject to external payment activation and legal review.
Any platform charge and Organizer charge should be identified in the relevant Event quote or terms where applicable.
How to raise a request
Contact the Event Organizer with the reservation number and relevant Event details. For a platform issue or unresolved grievance, contact PlayrSync support or the Grievance Contact.
Do not send full card details, passwords or one-time codes in a request.
