Event Registration Terms
Terms governing Event information, reservations, tickets, attendee data and Organizer responsibilities.
This document is designed to support applicable privacy obligations. Rights may vary by jurisdiction, and final legal counsel review is required before production reliance.
Organizer and Event information
The named Organizer is responsible for Event accuracy, delivery, eligibility, venue, schedule, safety information and Event-specific terms. PlayrSync provides discovery and registration infrastructure.
Tickets, capacity and reservations
Ticket eligibility, quantity, category and capacity are determined by the published Event configuration. Pending non-expired reservations and confirmed reservations can hold capacity.
A reservation is the booking record. Pending reservations expire at the displayed time if payment or confirmation is not completed.
Questions, add-ons and attendee information
The registration flow can collect ticket-specific or add-on-specific answers, attendee contact details, emergency or medical information and Event-specific acknowledgements.
Provide accurate information and review the Organizer’s purpose and waiver language before submitting sensitive data.
Charges, GST and payment status
Quotes can include ticket and add-on prices, discounts and configured GST. A successful reservation does not mean a paid booking is confirmed until the supported payment-confirmation flow succeeds.
Production payments remain subject to external webhook revalidation and activation. PlayrSync does not store full card details entered into Razorpay checkout.
QR Tickets, check-in and Results
Confirmed reservations can provide item-level QR Ticket foundations. Organizers may allocate bibs and record check-in. Admission remains subject to Event eligibility and Organizer rules.
Published Results and leaderboards may be connected to the reservation item or bib and can later be reconciled or corrected.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Event changes, cancellation eligibility and refund terms are controlled by the Organizer’s published Event-specific terms and available platform capabilities.
PlayrSync does not promise automated refunds or universal cancellation rights. Event cancellation notifications should not be assumed unless the relevant workflow confirms delivery.
Alpha and contact
Registration features may change during Alpha. Alpha status does not remove Organizer responsibilities or PlayrSync’s privacy and security commitments.
Contact the Organizer first for Event-specific issues and use PlayrSync support or grievance channels for platform concerns.
